NFL Betting - AFC East Betting Preview

The Jets (AFC East) are rebuilding this season with a rookie QB and a new head coach. They have talent, and Mark Sanchez should turn into the real deal, but this could be a season to forget as they play in a tough division where the other three teams certainly start the race ahead of them.

The Patriots (AFC East) may have given up their crown last year but they remain the betting favorites this season not only to win the East but also to go deep in the playoffs. They have Brady back, an array of talent both coaching and playing, and a fairly soft schedule. If Brady's knee holds this team should go far.

The Dolphins (AFC East) shocked everyone including themselves when they won this division last season. They toppled the mighty Patriots and got past two other competitive franchises and they did it with guile, trickery, and some very good coaching. A lot of the tricks are out of the bag now, but don't count out this team just yet.
