What is EntroPay?

Entropay is a financial service registered in the United Kingdom and owned by Ixaris Systems Limited. It is designed as an alternative to the traditional Visa card, and can be used to make payments for goods and services anywhere on the Internet where Visa cards are accepted.

It is not, however, an e-wallet payment solution, although its function is quite similar. Rather, Entropay users are assigned "virtual" credit cards that they may use to buy goods or transfer money (perhaps to an online casino).

The cards don't exist in a physical sense, but they have real credit card numbers and real CVV numbers. Consequently, they can't used in the real world, but they are good everywhere online.
 

How does EntroPay work?

To use Entropay, you must first sign up for an account at the Entropay website. After providing your personal details, your default "virtual" card is created, and you need to specify a funding source for it.

You can transfer money into your Entropay card in any way you choose: bank wire, debit card, credit card, whatever works for you. Your new card gets a proper Visa number and a CVV, and you can start using it.

You can use your Entropay card whenever the Entropay logo appears on a website, but also wherever the Visa logo appears, because to vendors the Entropay card appears to be a Visa Classic Debit card. Whenever you make a purchase online, you use the card details just as you would a credit card. The money you spend is deducted from the balance you hold with Entropay.
 

How do I use EntroPay to make a deposit at an online casino?
