The Bucs (NFC South) are far and away the worst team in their division this season and while the NFL is renowned for being unpredictable it is all but impossible that this team can end '09 with a winning record.
The Saints (NFC South) have one of the best QBs around but consistently waste his top-class efforts thanks to a dismal defense and a tendency to lose games at the death. This is a tough division and they will need to focus to get past the Panthers and Falcons.
The Falcons (NFC South) shocked most football betting fans by having a fantastic season in '08 that saw them make the playoffs. We expect this upward trend to continue - don't be shocked if this team contends for a Super Bowl spot this year. 
The Panthers (NFC South) were fantastic last year in the regular season, winning 12 games, before they were shocked by Arizona in the playoffs. This year looks tough with a harder schedule and more seasoned division rivals.
