We received frequent reports of players struggling to make deposits at Rival
Powered casinos throughout the month of April.
Needless to say Rival casinos will, like everyone else, have been affected by
the Mastercard crackdown but it appears as if many of the Rivals have had
significant problems processing credit cards at all, and especially for players
in the United States (but not exclusively).
We have had discussions with a number of Rival Casinos on this matter. Most
of them use the same payment processing facilities and their payments system
are administered centrally, except for a couple if independent operators.
According to our sources, Rival will implement new processing facilities in
the next couple of weeks.
It appears as if players are able to make deposits using credit cards at two
independent Rival operators, who have their own credit card processing in place.
These are
Sloto Cash Casino and
Box 24 Casino. We have reports of successful deposits at these casinos from
a number of players and the operators of these casinos have verified that they
have adequate measures in place.
We would like to point out that players should have no problems making
deposits using alternate methods like Ecocard at all the casinos listed in our
Rival Casino
Reviews section.
We will continue to post updates as and when we learn more about the
situation.
