March 22 - This looked like it was finally going to be trainer Mike de Kock's year to win the world's most valuable horse race, the Dubai World Cup. He was beaten on the line last year with rank outsider Lizard's Desire in the $10 million race, but had the goods for 2011 with his South African runner Bold Silvano. But sadly, Bold Silvano pulled up lame after a training gallop and has been withdrawn.
That has bolstered the chances of Twice Over, and he is now a short-priced favorite in the latest 2011 Dubai World Cup betting market. Here are the current odds with the race set for Saturday, March 26:
