Rake:
There is a "no flop- no drop" policy in place. Rake maxes out at 5% on all
types of games and with a ceiling of $3. Rake takes into account the number of
players seated at the table. Traffic:
Traffic at Bodog is growing quickly, as the marketing machine
kicks in. The traffic is easily over 90% Hold`em games, with up to 3000
ring game players at peak times, and up to 6000 tournament players. The
lo to medium stakes ring games are by far the busiest. Software And Features:
The software is very appealing. I like its simplicity (I hate
bells and whistles and graphics that detract from the cards). You can take
notes easily and a great feature is live stats on your play (better than any
other room from what I have seen). Bodog offers seamless integration with the Casino and
Sportsbook. The Bodog Poker site provides an absolute wealth of information for
experienced and novice players. Supported Games And Limits:
Games variety is very wide and you will find that all
conventional poker variants are offered. Low to medium stakes games are very
busy and freely available but high stakes traffic is still limited, although
this is likely to change over time. Deposit And Withdrawal Options:
NETeller, Neteller Instapay, Direct Deposit, ECheck, Firepay, Citadel, and wire transfer.
Competition:
Competition is relatively loose with very high view flop percentages. As
mentioned I play about 50% of my poker at these tables and this is one of the
main reasons. Lower entry sit and go`s are also pretty loose (up to $50 limits, I have found action to be softer than most other rooms where I have played before - I
don`t play over that level - yet! ;-).
Player Services:
Bodog stands out with very personal service, around the clock. Downsides:
Traffic still limited in the higher stakes games
