for 2006. May 2006 be a great year for you in every respect, not just in
gambling....
2005 was a great year for online gambling in many ways. Above all, 2005 game
all online gamblers more choice than ever, and regular online players like
ourselves have had the luxury to select online gambling sites that suited each
of our individual needs as close as possible.
I predict that 2006 is going to be a year of consolidation. Having been in
the industry 5 years now, I simply can't see how some of the smaller online
gambinmg groups will be able to survive, As with most industries, the early "hey
days" allow many new entrants to make a good go of it, but as the industry
matures and competition increase, things get more difficult. So I expect to see
a lot of corporate activity in the new year, mostly in the online casino and
online poker industries.
Regardless of what happens, I hope you hit those big wins next year and, most
importantly, gamble responsibly! So I'm signing off in 2005 and see you again in
2006!
