September 5 - In the light of the new UK online gambling advertising
regulation,
InterCasino.com and
InterPoker.com
applied for and have been granted casino and poker licenses from Malta.
Malta is one of the UK's approved territories in terms of its new online
gambling advertising laws. Companies that hold licenses in Malta may advertise
in the United Kingdom. The Intercasino group complied wit the stringent criteria
set forth by the Maltese gaming authorities.

Both
InterCasino.com and
InterPoker.com
are recognized as two of the top online gaming brands in the UK and Europe so it
is no surprise that they chose to relocated their licenses in order to allow
them to continue their UK advertising. This places them on white-list of compliant operators allowed to
advertise within the UK.
A spokes person said, "We are very pleased to confirm that InterCasino
and InterPoker now have a full
European license in the EU territory of Malta."
Both the sites are now also hosted in Malta.
