The Jaguars can play against any team in this league and hold their own. They're 15-6 ATS as an underdog over the last three seasons. Their defense keeps them in these games, and when they manage to score 22 to 28 points in a game they're 12-1 ATS. The Jaguars will probably miss the playoffs again but they continue to be ATS value when spotted points, especially if it happens to be a Division rivalry game.
