In speaking to a number of Microgaming operators it appears as if Microgaming
are blocking bets from
players in the US for a number of states, and have already implemented the
measures to block the states listed below at ALL licensed casinos. We have also
learnt from a one of our approved operators that Microgaming have advised their
operators of the process to follow in order to determine and close accounts in
the eleven states,. At the time of writing, Microgaming had made no public
statement.
The eleven US states in question are:
- Michigan
- Illinois
- Louisiana
- Oregon
- Washington
- Wisconsin
- Indiana
- Nevada
- South Dakota
- New Jersey
- New York

Microgaming powered casinos and poker rooms, the following Microgaming groups

states.
- Fortune Lounge (seven casinos -
see here for list of all their casinos,
three poker rooms)
- Belle Rock Gaming (Own brands like The Gaming Club, Lucky Nugget and
others) - reported by some affiliates - announcement on affiliate website
but no states are mentioned. We assume the above 11 states will be excluded
as there are numerous reports from players in the above states that their
accounts are being closed.
- Casino Action Group (four casinos and one poker room -
see here for a full list
of their casinos)
- Roxy Palace (two
casinos and one poker room)
- Jackpot Factory Group (four casinos -
see list and reviews)
- Casino Rewards (twelve casinos, five poker rooms -
listed here
- Grand Monaco
- Mini Vegas Group (seven casinos -
listed here)
(If you reside within any other state in the US, you can freely play at the
above three groups).
Microgaming Groups that have announced that they will fully suspend US operations upon Bush
signing the bill into law are:
