On Monday, November 7, the
Chicago Bears will be hosted by the
Philadelphia Eagles in the 10th Monday Night Football matchup of
the 2011/2012 NFL regular season, at 8:30 PM EST.
The last time these teams faced off was on November 28 last year,
when the bears hosted and beat the Eagles 31-16. But going into
Monday's game in Philadelphia, the shoe may be on the other foot.
The reason is the Eagles are the highly touted favorites to beat the
Bears, not least because they've been playing up a storm of late -
most recently dispatching the Dallas Cowboys 34-7 at home - and
despite the fact the Bears are one win ahead of them so far this
season.
Statistically, the Bears' under is 20-8 in their last 28 games on
the road, and they are 9-4 ATS in their last 13 games played on
grass. the Eagles' under, meanwhile, is 6-2 in their last 8 games
played in Week 9, and they are 4-9 ATS versus a team with a winning
