On Monday, November 14, the
Minnesota Vikings will travel to play last year's
Super Bowl champs and the only unbeaten team this season,
the
Green Bay Packers, in the 11th Monday Night Football
game of the 2011/2012 NFL regular season, at 8:30 PM EST.
Although the Green Bay Packers and the Minnesota Vikings are
both in the NFC North division, to call them rivals is
inaccurate, considering these two teams are streets apart.
While the Packers have been playing up a storm and are
unbeaten this season, the Vikings are scraping the bottom of
the their divisional barrel on 2-6, and will be lucky to
score against their mighty opponents.
Statistically, Minnesota's Under is 7-1 in their last eight
games on the road and they are 1-6-1 ATS in their last eight
games versus NFC North teams. Green Bay, meanwhile, are
12-3-1 ATS in their last 16 games at home and their Over is
7-2 in their last nine games played at home. The Underdog is
18-7 ATS in the last 25 meetings between the Vikings and the
Packers. |
