October 8 - There have been some odd (as in strange) early week betting moves for this Sunday's NFL games, and the point spreads are jumping around at the Hilton sports book in Vegas. They're odd because money is coming for long-shot teams, but we'll keep you posted on the latest NFL lines so you don't miss any of the moves.

Money has come for the Chiefs, say what?, as they host the Cowboys in another season of KC futility. The line opened at -9 points for the road team, but Las Vegas is now trading the Chiefs at +7.5 points only. Intriguing, we say.
An easier move to understand is the Redskins getting betting support for their road game against the Panthers, who are in the process of burying a good head coach. The Panthers were favored by a ridiculous -5.5 points on Tuesday. That is now down to -3.5 points, and could still fall further. Washington could well win this game, even though they're fairly mediocre as well.
The Vikings are heavily favored to win on the road at the Rams, who shouldn't be playing pro football this year with the roster they've cobbled together. The big Sunday night game looks like a TRAP as the Colts fly into the struggling Titans. All the money is for Indy, but is it misplaced? The Titans do look crap, so maybe one should play on another road favorite here.
