July 13 - Yesterday in Part 1 Mycapper.com's expert NFL handicappers previewed the preseason chances of five NFL teams that have new head coaches. Today in Part 2 they handicap the chances of the other five newbie head coaches in this exclusive NFL betting article.

Minnesota Vikings - Brad Childress was the offensive coordinator for the Eagles, and he likes to put up points in the preseason. The Vikings are probably in trouble once the regular season starts but they could get involved in some high-scoring games in the preseason. The Over has plenty of value in their first two preseason games.
New Orleans Saints - Sean Payton takes over a franchise that collapsed last season, and he was a bust in his previous coaching gigs - he was in charge of the passing game at Dallas and before that at the Giants when their passing game stank. This looks like a head coaching move designed to make the Saints even worse, and they should be bet against in the preseason as they roll out a host of new players as well.
New York Jets - Eric Mangini comes in as another first-time head coach. He has a defensive background and should be a good fit with this Jets team that is conservative anyway. The Jets could be good value to do well this preseason depending on their QB situation, but regardless of who starts for them their games should go Under the total early.
Oakland Raiders - Art Shell returns to the Raiders. This is a team that will be bad in the regular season but expect them to show up well in the preseason. Their backup QB is decent and can move the ball, and with Shell at the helm we'll look to grab the Raiders in the preseason for some surprise covers.
St Louis Rams - Scott Lineham is an offense-minded guy, and enjoyed a lot of success with the Vikings. He'll be an interesting head coach to watch in the regular season where the Rams should be competitive. In the preseason they'll look to work on their running game, and we'd wait and see how the first preseason game works out before we bet on or against this team.
