The restructuring of the company will see it now operating under the
jurisdiction of the channel Island of Guernsey, with its headquarters still in
Dublin, Ireland.
90% of the group's current revenues are from its U.K. and continental
European licensees, two of the biggest markets in the industry. CryptoLogic 's
software has passed strict testing in the jurisdictions where its operators are
licensed.
The new European base is located closer to the group's customers and is part
of the group's expansion plans into Europe and Asia.
It has been confirmed that all shareholders of CryptoLogic Limited and
CryptoLogic Exchange Corporation will retain one-for-one voting rights,
regardless of where they reside.
