about its profit forecasts next year on the back of new market opportunities,
games and technology platforms, claiming a successful turnaround from the
effects of the company's withdrawal from the USA market...

Playtech pulled out of the US after the
introduction of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement ACT (UIGEA).
Playtech focused its efforts on other markets like Europe and Asia, In fact
they released some games that target Asian gamblers. The group is also working
on technology that will targeted at land based gambling companies.
A company spokes person said that they are confident that work currently
being undertaken will push up profits next year.
