Bob Man. is the operations manager at the Peak Entertainment Group.

OGI: When did you first start taking wagers?

Bob: The Sands of the Caribbean and Omni Casino first opened in August, 1997. 49er Casino launched in 2002 but was just re-released with RTG software. Our poker room, Sun Poker, has been in operation since 2002.

OGI: Where is your casino licensed and why did you choose this jurisdiction?

Bob: Omni Casino, Sands of the Caribbean SunPoker are licensed in Curacao, while 49er Casino is licensed in Antigua.

OGI: Many new players have concerns about fair gaming and security. What would you say to them to put their fears to rest?

Bob: We have taken millions if not billions in wagers without any security breaches since we began our operation. Cryptologic, our software provider for The Sands of the Caribbean and Omni, is even a public traded company so you know they're trustworthy. Also, we understand that fair gaming and security are top priorities in this industry otherwise we wouldn't be going on our 9th year of operation.

OGI: Please give us a short overview of the number of games you support with an indication of your most popular games.

Bob: All of our casinos offer over 80 games including Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Slots, Video Poker, etc. We offer just about everything you would see in a land based operation. The Sands of the Caribbean and Omni recently released version 8 of their software which includes the much anticipated Marvel Comic slots and the amazingly popular Bejewled slot machine. These slots have already proven to be a great success with our customers. By far the most popular game right now is Millionaire's Club because the jackpot is at $3.48 Million Dollars, which is by far the biggest jackpot in online history.

OGI: How much has your biggest winner ever won and playing which game?

Bob: $414,119 on Rags to Riches at The Sands of the Caribbean was a biggest jackpot to date, but as I mentioned, our Millionaires Club progressive jackpot is going to blow that away when it gets hit...and it will be paid in one lump sum.

OGI: Please tell us a little about your comps program.

Bob: Our COMP program (Peak Rewards) is widely acclaimed and recently won again in Casino Player Magazine's readers poll awards for 2006 as the "Best Rewards Program" in the industry. Our COMPS include trips, merchandise and cash redemptions. The beauty of Peak Rewards is that it links all your casino accounts into one easy to statement, and redemption is a breeze.

OGI: Are you planning any new promotions in the near future?

Bob: We are always planning new promotions for our valued customers. We have been holding a lot of slot tournaments lately that seem to be a big hit with our customers. The Sands of the Caribbean and Omni will be holding new slot tournaments beginning August 1st. Our poker room offers trips to the WSOP as well as other great prizes through their numerous freerolls and buy-ins.

OGI: Do you see any major changes in the online casino industry in the foreseeable future and what is your overall outlook for the industry?

Bob: I don't necessarily see any major changes for the online casino industry, just continuous improvements to what we can offer the customer such as upgraded software. As in land based operations, making sure your customers are entertained, satisfied and generally well taken care of is they key.

OGI: Why should a player choose your online casino above the many others out there?

Bob: Our properties have won numerous awards for their customer support, COMP program, payout percentages, timely pay outs, etc. Personally, to me, these would be the most important attributes of any online casino or poker operation. If you're looking for fairness in the games and red carpet treatment, our properties are definitely for you.

OGI: Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your casino?
