Poker Tournament For Basketball Legends

November 8 - Dozens of NBA and ABA legends of the past participated in a poker tournament in Jamaica, sponsored by online sports gambling operator, Sportsbook.com ...

The line up included big names like Julius Irving and Mosews Malonewere some of the big names at the National Basketball Retired Players Association’s (NBRPA) Legends of Basketball meetings.

Cliff Meely won the tournament that featured 30 entrants.

"We are very excited to have been involved with this event,” a spokes person of Sportsbook.com said. "Everyone had a great week with us and the poker tournament was a highlight."

The NBRPA has over 1,000 members, all retired players from the NBA, ABA and the Harlem Globetrotters
