Sports Betting Upsets In The NBA Playoffs - 04-30-07
April 30 - The first round of the 2007 NBA playoffs has already produced some incredible betting upsets. The defending champs (Miami Heat) are out, swept unceremoniously by the Bulls. The top seeds, and last year's beaten finalists (Dallas Mavericks) are one game away from being eliminated.

If the Mavericks are beaten by the Warriors it will be the first time in the history of the NBA playoffs that a #8 seed has beaten the #1 seed. It will also be the first time that the two finalists from the previous season were knocked out in the opening round of the playoffs.
The sports betting experts at Mycapper.com predicted that the Warriors would be excellent value ATS back before the series started. But even they didn't expect the Warriors to be on the verge of winning the series straight up.
There is still plenty of first round NBA playoff betting action this week with the Cavaliers and Nets looking likely to advance in the East. In the West it is anyone's guess whether the Jazz or Rockets will get to the second round, but the Suns look set to beat the Lakers in five.
Today's games see the Cavaliers (-6 points) at the Wizards, the Jazz at the Rockets (-5.5 points), and the Spurs (-1.5 points) at the Nuggets.
