This season's formline:
Syracuse looked to have a real shot at the national title last season, but they folded against Cinderella team Butler in the Sweet Sixteen (as we predicted, Butler went far). This season their chances of winning look small and a return to the same round in the bracket might be the best that they can hope for. Their own conference is deep this season and one can see plenty of problems for this team unless they get lucky with the draw.
