June 28 - Virgin Games has announced that it has now managed to centralize all its online gaming offerings and that they will be managed from an in-house platform. Using licenses that they possess from Alderney and Malta, Virgin Games will manage their operations from their office on the island of Guernsey.
In the past, Virgin Games used software provided by Wager Works for all their casino games. Boss Media was responsible for their poker software and St Minver dealt with their bingo platform. Now, Virgin Games has managed to centralize the software for casino, bingo and poker and after 18 months of development, it will all be controlled from one platform.
Customers are the ones to really benefit from this move. Offering a more streamlined experience for the player, anyone who logs into Virgin Games sites will be able to enjoy multi-gaming products from one single login and gaming wallet. In addition, loyalty points and bonus promotions will be relevant for all of Virgin Games.
Simon Burridge, Virgin's CEO, said that by developing and managing the customer experience program, Virgin has focused on creating top value and service to their customers. "Here at Virgin Games, we live and breathe the Virgin brand values and feel taking the customer service department in-house and integrating all three gaming services allows us to continue to deliver the unique Virgin experience that our customers have come to expect."
He continued that feedback has shown that players are interested in a wider range of games and that some exciting games are in the pipeline and will be introduced to the player market shortly.
